At tringapps, we are looking to hire Software Developers, Business Development Executives, UI/UX Designers.


Job Descriptions:

1. Software Engineer:
 
Execute complete software development life cycle
Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
Designing and implementing solutions, making appropriate use of software design patterns
and best practices
Write well-designed, testable code
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Comply with project plans and industry standards
Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in technologies
Find innovative ways to incorporate new ideas to improve the user experience

Desired Candidate Profile:
Engineering graduates B.E / B. Tech Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, MCA
Impeccable communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and work on current technologies will be preferred
Knowledge of computer systems and technologies
Ability to develop software in C, Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages
Must be very good in Data Structures


2. Business Development Executive(Night Shift):

Day-to-day duties typically include:
Identifying new sales leads.
Pitching products or services.
Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on LinkedIn and in other social media platforms) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about technology initiatives.
Contacting potential clients via email and phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Skills required:
Strong communication and IT fluency.
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail. Excellent time management and organization.

Note: Educational qualification - Any Undergraduates or postgraduates (Preferably from a science background) can apply. We are open to interviewing candidates with backlogs/arrears.


3. UI/UX Designers:

Job Description:

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
Should be able to design web pages, web banners, logos, mailers, and newsletters.
Fresh thinking in terms of design for social media campaigns
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company and websites .
Collaborating effectively with engineering, and management teams

Skills required:
An online portfolio is a must to apply for this design role.
Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop, Corel draw, Illustrator Visualizing and designing eye-catching designs
Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
