2020 Aftershock Retreat!!!
THEME: Find REST!!

2020 hasn't been the most restful year, it has actually been filled with lots of stress, anxiety, and unknowns.  Over our retreats we will take a break from Hanoi, take a deep breath in the beauty of Ba Vi, and learn from Matt. 11:28-30 on finding true rest in Jesus.  

Matt. 11:28-30 - Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Retreat Leaders: Ryan Robinson, Ngoc Ngo, Chris MacKrill, Clayton Green, Sarah Jackson, TD Khang, Nam Nguyen, Elyciah Klaartjies, Matt Kendrick, Regan Kendrick.  (All leaders have been screened by HIF and agree to HIF child safety standards).


HIGH SCHOOL:

Where: Family Resort, Ba Vi
When: Nov. 6-8
Leave Friday (Friday dinner provided):
- Bus pick-up Ciputra P1 5:40pm
- Bus pick-up Ciputra E4 5:45pm
- Bus pick-up Ciputra G2 5:50pm
- Bus pick-up Detech Tower 6:20pm
Return Sunday:
- Bus drop-off Detech Tower at 12:30noon
- Bus drop-off Ciputra P1, E4 and G2 Towers at 1:00pm
Cost: 1,300,000 vnd

High school retreat will focus on community building through games, worship, and lessons focused on finding rest in Jesus.  The venue has a swimming pool, ping pong, foosball, and an area to run around.  Meals will be basic Vietnamese meals, students are encouraged and welcome to bring snacks.
