Tenants or service users of Kingdom Housing Association or Kingdom Initiatives can apply. Groups or organisations can also apply, as long as their idea would benefit people who live in the communities where we work and their application is supported by at least one of our tenants or service users.

Our total annual budget is £20,000. As we would like this to benefit as many projects as possible, we would anticipate to receive applications for bids of up to £2,000. However, any funds not spent within one given year do not roll over. If what you want to do is likely to exceed £2,000, please contact us directly to discuss your idea. We may still be able to fund part of your project.

Your ideas should:

- Benefit your community and the people who live there;
- Not have a negative impact on other people or communities;
- Be specific, so people can understand how it can be implemented and by whom;
- By fully costed, so you should provide the full costs and estimates. If you need help with this part of the application then please
