I realize that the LPA School District's responsibility will be to transport my child from the requested site to school, and from school to the requested site. I do hereby agree to hold the LPA School District harmless for any damage resulting from granting this request.

The new 2023-2024 bus pass rules requires all students who are not riding their assigned bus route to their typical location to have a pass. The student must get the bus passes from the office before they can ride. While we recognize that things come up, we would like these requests submitted by 1:30 that day considering the school staff is busy.  By typing yes, you confirm you've read and understood this new policy.
