What happens in a coaching session *
I will arrange a 60 minute call on Skype with you, with or without video at your preference.

Before the call
- Make sure you have a quiet and comfortable space with good internet connection and no interruptions
- You may want to have some water (you may get thirsty) and tissue (you may get emotional) nearby

During the call
- I will establish a safe space for you to fully express your thoughts and feelings. 
- I will work with you to explore your situation in detail, and guide you to discover solutions and possibilities from within yourself
- We may gain clarity and new insights about your situation
- We will figure out how you can take confident action towards your desired outcome
- The call will be recorded, if you consent to it. 

After the call
(If you consent to having the call recorded) You'll get to download the session recording within the next 30 days after the session. After which, the recording will be automatically deleted by Skype. Revisiting the recording may help you gain additional insights.

Strict confidentiality
Everything discussed in the session and its recorded content will be kept 100% confidential by default, and it will not be transmitted to any other parties without your consent.
