This application has four parts:  Contact Information, Convention History, At-Con Considerations and Payments, Taxes And Miscellaneous. Questions with a red star are required, the rest are optional. If you fill out the form and submit it successfully you will be sent email confirmation.  When you see the confirmation that your form was recorded at the end of the application, you will also see a link for making your payment for the space you requested via Square. The DisCon III, the 79th Worldcon Art Show will maintain a wait list until November 7, 2021. If you have not paid for your requested space by that date, it may be given to someone on the wait list.
