We are using this form to reserve seats for the High Holidays at our synagogue in Brooklyn and at our satellite Minyan in Deal, NJ.
Submission of this form does not constitute a final confirmation of the seats. A committee member will be in touch to finalize the confirmation. We also ask that all past due balances be paid in full as we cannot confirm seats for anyone with unpaid balances. Payment in advance is necessary in order to reserve seats. Priority will be given to permanent seat holders.
