Peer Tutoring Appointments
*The Peer Tutoring appointment form is the process by which students request tutoring services from peer tutors.
*This form must be completed NO LATER THAN 4 PM THE DAY BEFORE the requested date of service. The days and times listed below are the hours peer tutors have available.
*Please contact your peer tutor if you will be late or need to cancel as a courtesy. Their services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. ALL CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE (except emergency situations)          
*SUBMIT A SEPARATE REQUEST FOR EACH DATE OF SERVICE.
*LOCATIONS: Before school and after school tutoring will take place in the Eagle Nest or Student Center
