Upcoming sessions: December 8th and December 15th, 2022.

We begin with an improvised warmup. I offer some things to focus on. 10mins
We all read something. Doesn’t matter what but best to read a paper source not a screen. 10 mins
We do continuous movement. Just move without stopping for 10mins. I give ideas of things to  focus on like “try not to repeat any movements”. 10 mins
We write or draw without stopping for 10mins. This is like free fall writing or automatic writing.
We connect and share any thoughts if we feel like it.
We all go off into our days hopefully feeling warm and creative.
