This is a declaration of interest form for the SDA Bocconi Regatta, held from 19 to 22 September in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy.
IMPORTANT: Only those interested in crewing in Division A or in skippering any boat should fill this form. For Division B crew, please sign up here: http://l.cglink.me/r30893
Those who are interested in Division A or skippering but would like to still attend in Division B if not selected should secure a Division B ticket now by registering at the above link. We can promote you to Division A or to skipper if you have a Division B ticket, but it will be impossible to get you a Division B ticket once they're gone.

Registration requires a non-refundable deposit of £300

Partners cannot join as crew but can attend the parties. More details and ticket pricing will be made available by Bocconi in the coming weeks, but it is important to note that partners will have to source their own accommodation.
