MAP Sunday School Registration Form for 2023-2024

Please use this form to register your child for MAP Sunday School. Registration is on following schedule:
Reminder for Sunday School registration:

8/6 to 8/12: For Returning Students ONLY (enrolled last year)

8/13 to 8/19: For New Students

Please note that at least one of the parents must be a MAP member for children to attend the school. This year, the tuition will be $150 per semester for the first child. Siblings will pay $125/semester. You can make payments online via Mohid. Tuition assistance is available.

After you make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from MAP. Please forward this email to mapsundayschool@mapitt.org and write down the full names of the students the payment was made for.

Please follow the instructions that will be shown after submitting this form. Registration will not be complete until ALL of the following conditions have been met:
1. If you are not a MAP member, become one
2. Fill out this online registration form
3. Make the payment
4. Forward the payment confirmation email to mapsundayschool@mapitt.org
