Note that FOREST Program activities may involve: traveling over uneven terrain, working with fire, using tools such as axes, saws and knives, and sleeping away from home in a variety of environments that may include mock "survival" outings. Program activities will also operate outdoors in all kinds of weather throughout the year. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for students to participate in these activities, and it is up to you to decide when or if you will disclose a disability or accommodation need.
Any personal information (gender identity, special accommodations, dietary restrictions, concerns about volunteering, languages spoken, transportation needs, etc.) collected on this registration form is confidential and will only be used by FOREST instructors to provide the best possible support to you as a participant. This information will NOT be used to deny participation and will NOT be shared with third parties.
