This is a personalized One-on-one training. The program will last 3 months and you will be required to meet via video chat once per week with Maureen throughout the entire program. Are you able to meet with Maureen weekly for video chats at a mutually agreeable time? (Meetings will last from 30 mins-1 hour) *

The course begins January 8th, 2024 and ends on April 1st, 2024. You will receive assignments in the virtual classroom and will have 1 week to complete them. Will you be able to complete weekly assignments online?

In addition, you will be required to attend 5-6 hours of yoga classes per week in your area (total of 60 hours). Are you able to attend weekly yoga classes in your area to complete 60 hours of yoga classes within the 3 month timeline?

In addition to weekly video meetings, you will be required to attend monthly in-person practice teaching sessions with your teacher. These classes will be on a Saturday morning from 8am-12pm.
