Please fill out the following form if you and/or your child are interested in participating in Destination Imagination this year.

If you are interested in managing or co-managing, your child is automatically on your team. You need to indicate which problems you are interested in solving.

If your child is interested, but you cannot be a manager, we will see how many responses we receive and then decide which team would be best.

Please seriously consider being a manager. This can be one of the most rewarding gifts you could ever give your child. We need one manager per four to seven students, if we don't have enough managers there may be students who can't get on a team.
