2024 BBB Early I Registration is LIVE!
Before completing the registration form, please read the following information carefully:
*** BBB is a 2-day competition which includes mandatory lodging for all participants. By registering, all participants are expected to stay overnight at the provided venue.***
This competition requires teams of 8, with each team assigned a mentor from Wharton Korea students or alumni. If you want to create a team, please follow these rules:
- Participants can register as a team of 2, 4, or 8 members.
- Teams must adhere to these specific member sizes.
- If you initially register for different teams but wish to be grouped into one team of 8, please send us an email after applying. Include the names of each team's representative participant. However, we recommend forming teams according to the rules from the beginning, as changes after the initial registration may not be fully accommodated.

Early II Registration: May 1 to May 31, 2024 | KRW 290,000
Regular Registration: June 1 to June 30, 2024 | KRW 320,000
Late Registration: July 1 to July 21, 2024 | KRW 350,000
Refund policy
Early I, II - Full Refund until 6/30
Regular: 50% Refund until 7/21
After 11:59 pm on July 21st: No refunds

Please ensure the entire team fee (fee x number of participants) is deposited in the name of the “lead participant”. If the depositor’s name differs from the participant, it may delay application confirmation.
About Deposit Accounts
The account holder, Seunghoon Lee, is the Head Director of the 2024 competition.
Wharton Korea, the organizer of the BBB Case Competition, is a student-run organization, which makes its deposit account under the student’s name.
Collection and Use of Participants' Personal Information
- Collected Information: Name, Gender, Age, Affiliation, Grade, Address, Phone, Email, Name of depositor (Purpose of Use: Participant verification, Organizer's information provision), Social Security Number / Foreign Registration Number (Purpose of Use: Registration for participant's travel insurance)
Photographing and Videotaping of Participants
- All photographs and videos taken during the competition schedule will be used exclusively for public purposes, including posting on the BBB social media page and website. Participants are informed of this in advance.
- If there are any issues with the photographs or videos posted on our social media page or website, please contact us at bbbcasecompetition@gmail.com along with the link, and we will address the issue promptly.

***BBB는 1박 2일간 진행되는 대회입니다. 대회 진행 및 프로그램 특성상 모든 참가자들에게 숙박을 필수로 요청하는 점 인지해주시기 바랍니다.***
본 대회는 8명이 한 팀을 구성하여 팀마다 와튼 코리아 재학생∙졸업생 멘토가 배정되어 진행됩니다.
팀을 구성하려는 단체 참가자는 아래의 규칙에 따라 참가신청을 해주시기 바랍니다.
• 반드시 8명을 구성하지 않아도 무방하며 2, 4, 8 명 팀을 구성해 신청해주시기 바랍니다.
• 팀은 반드시 위 인원 선택에 맞춰 신청해주셔야 합니다.
• 2명 이상 혹은 4명 이상 다른 팀으로 신청했지만 하나의 팀(8명)에 구성되기를 희망하는 분들은 참가신청 후 이메일로 각 팀의 대표 참가자명과 함께 팀 구성을 문의해주시기 바랍니다.
(단, 가급적 처음부터 규칙에 맞게 팀을 구성하여 신청할 것을 권하며 참가신청 후의 팀 구성은 100% 반영되지 않을 수도 있습니다.)

환불 규정: 대회 신청 후 참가를 취소하실 경우 환불신청 시기에 따라 다른 환불 규정이 적용됩니다.

레귤러: 7월 21일 11:59 KST까지 반액 환불
7월 21일 11:59pm KST 이후: 환불 불가

- 참가비는 반드시 “대표 참가자” 이름으로 팀 전체 참가비 (참가비X인원 수)를 입금해주시기 바랍니다.

예금주 이승훈 BBB2024의 총괄 디렉터입니다. BBB Case Competition을 주관하는 와튼코리아는 학생들이 운영하는 단체로서 입금계좌가 학생명의로 되어있습니다.
참가자 개인정보의 수집, 이용되는 항목 및 이용목적
- 수집정보: 이름, 성별, 나이, 소속, 학년, 주소, 전화, 이메일, 입금자명 (이용목적: 참가확인, 주관사 정보안내)
- 주민등록번호 / 외국인등록번호 (이용목적: 참가자 여행보험 등록)
참가자 사진 및 동영상 촬영
- 대회 일정동안 촬영된 모든 사진과 동영상은 BBB 소셜 미디어 페이지, 웹사이트 및 오직 공공 목적으로만 활용될 예정임을 미리 알려드립니다.
- 인스타그램/페이스북 페이지나 웹사이트에 올라간 사진 혹은 동영상에 문제가 있으시면 해당 링크와 함께 bbbcasecompetition@gmail.com으로 연락주시면 바로 처리해 드리도록 하겠습니다.
