By holding a School District of the City of Royal Oak Identification Key Code (IKC), you assume responsibilities pertaining to its use.

The purpose of the IKC program is to promote a safe and secure environment for our students and staff.  The IKC is to be used for Young Oaks Program only and may not be used beyond each individual’s access schedule for pick up and drop off to the Young Oaks Program only.

The IKC must be maintained with the highest level of security.  Each IKC is to be used only by the individual to whom it has been assigned.  If an individual has lost or damaged their IKC, the individual agrees to immediately notify the District by phone contact to the Addams Early Childhood Center Office at 248/288-3220 ext. 3561. Replacement fees of $20.00 will be applied to lost or damaged IKC.

Misuse or fraudulent use of an IKC will result in deactivation of current IKC, non-issuance of a future IKC and possible legal action.

The IKC is property of Royal Oak Schools and must be returned in good condition to the Young Oaks Staff or Addams ECC when your student drops from the program, or moves on to the middle school.  Doing so will avoid a $20.00 non-return fee.

IKCs cannot be turned into your site or dropped off in the AECC Vestibule. Key Fobs must be returned to the AECC Office and checked in by a staff member. Failure to turn in the IKC to the AECC Office may result in a $20.00 Lost Fob Fee.
