ensure the reliability of the provided information and are aware that the Dovzhenko Centre undertakes to make a decision on assigning the film copy(ies) over a period of time from 5 till 20 days. We undertake such obligations on the use of film copy(ies) named in the FILM INFORMATION section: We guarantee safety and return of the film prints within the specified period (it’s not applicable for digital copy which is transferred via FTP-server); In case of damage of film prints and / or film copy during transport or use, we agree to recover the cost of copying of damaged film prints according to the rate (it’s not applicable for digital copy which is transferred via FTP-server; We guarantee to report the response to the event in the media – press clipping (print and digital); We guarantee to submit the original paper application form not later than 20 days after filling the online application, to consider the online application valid until the receipt of the original paper application, and to ensure the identity of the online and paper applications; We guarantee to specify National Oleksandr Dovzenko Centre and the State Film Agency of Ukraine, as partners of the Event on all information carriers (if any), accompanying the Event; We guarantee to agree with the Dovzhenko Centre the text announcement and design layout of the information carriers that are directly related to the screening of the issued film copy(ies) before they are published and / or printed; We guarantee not to copy, duplicate and distribute to third parties the provided film copy(ies) using video carriers and / or global (Internet) and local area networks; We guarantee to delete the provided digital film files from the carrier after the screening(s) within the planned event (if the carrier is owned by the applicant).INSURANCE COST OF 35 PRINTS – 3000 EURO PER ITEM. INSURANCE COST OF DIGITAL MATERIALS – 300 EURO PER ITEM
