Project Review boards are conducted Virtually via Zoom on the 2nd Wednesday of each month or Live at McGimsey Scout Park on the 4th Wednesday of the month.
Rank Advancement boards are conducted Live at McGimsey Scout Park on the 4th Wednesday of the month unless the scout has special circumstances that prevent him from meeting live, such as the scout no longer lives in the San Antonio area.

If the scout is requesting a Rank Advancement Board of Review and the Scoutmaster is related to the Scout, then you must provide an alternate POC, such as the Troop Committee Chairman, to collect the Scout's reference letters.  This is required in order to keep the reference letters confidential.
