Middle Department Sports Day collection arrangements

We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our Middle Department Sports Day on Tuesday, 28th June. At the end of the competition, there will be a presentation which should be completed by 3.30pm, however, the event may overrun slightly. If you are able to join us at all, then you have the option to collect your child after the presentation and once they have been back to their classrooms to collect their belongings. The Form Teachers will bring them down to you at the bus shelter. Please complete this form to indicate what will happen to your child after Sports Day ends.

I will collect my child from the bus shelter soon after 3.30pm. (If your child will be collected by another parent, then please answer Q.5)

My child will return to class until I collect them from the bus shelter at 4.20pm.

My child will return to class until 4.20pm and then attend a Tuesday after school activity. (Please note that the only ASAs taking place are Global Soccer and Middle Prep)

My child will be travelling home on a school bus. (Please make sure you have informed buses if your child will not be on the bus.)
