Welcome to the Server Whitelist Application Form for Lancer's Half-Life 2 Roleplay server.

To the best of your ability, please answer all questions with honesty and as much detail as possible. This form will be used to determine what type of roleplayer you are and if you have a place here in our community. Rushed or low-effort applications will be rejected.
