Dear ABE-LA Teachers,

This form will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

In order to continue to provide a quality program, EACH teacher is required to complete this survey once their students have finished the ABE labs and before returning the kit or leftover supplies. If any problems are encountered while teaching the ABE curriculum, please contact your Site Coordinator immediately to see if a solution can be found. Please give forthright explanations in detail so that we can make improvements in the future.

EACH teacher is required to upload at least one gel photo from Lab 1.2B, 4/4A and PCR and one transformation plate set photo depending on the labs they did using the links at the end of this survey. More photos are encouraged especially if unexpected or poor results occur.
