This anonymous survey is intended to help our District understand if there are any barriers to participating in AA for those alcoholics who have a desire to stop drinking. This survey is anonymous. Responses will be delivered to our District Committee Member (DCM).

Are you aware of barriers or issues in our local AA that may be keeping people from attending meetings? From feeling welcome in meetings? From knowing about how to find meetings and/or what AA does?

Do you have any ideas for how we can reach any groups of people who are interested in AA but may not yet know about us or how to find us?

Do you have any personal experiences you want to relate where you did not feel welcome or included in a meeting, or in the local fellowship, for any reason?
