We provide the tables and chairs. This year, the event will be inside the Conference Center.
Partners may bring up to three staff for the event. Children welcome!
Partners plan a language and literacy-related hands-on activities for children (ages birth through 8 years of age). You can focus on one or more age groups. (Need suggestions? Contact us!)
You may distribute any literature, brochures, and other giveaways that promote your work. You may have multiple shifts for your staff and volunteers to run the table.
We plan for between 200 - 300 participants, although it is always hard to know.
Food vendors will sell food throughout the event.
