I SUPPORT the appeal of the Kherson branch of the All-Ukrainian NGO «The Union of the Ukrainian Women» to the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Peter Maurer with a request to focus their efforts on helping the inhabitants of the occupied Kherson region to provide the basic living conditions as required by modern humanitarian norms.
