Girls Select - Waiver to Have A Combined Town Program Select Team
This Waiver is to request approval for a Combined Town Program Select Team, which is defined as 4 or players from multiple town programs on the same select team. If your select team is looking to accept 1-3 players from a neighboring town, individual player waivers must be submitted. 
This waiver must be submitted, and approved, before you register your team. Please only submit 1 Waiver Request per team.
