Sunday, June 13, 2021 - Opening Celebration Night
We plan to have an Intro Skit and Opening with parents and students.  Each age group's teacher will be stationed in the gym for registrations. After a time of confirming registrations, we plan to enjoy outdoor activities and light snacks.

Monday, June 14 - Friday, June 18, 2021 - VBS
Rotation has changed just a bit.  We will meet each night and march into the sanctuary.  We will NOT be eating a meal before VBS this year.  Instead, each class will have a designated meal time built in the rotation.  

Friday, June 18, 2021 - Closing Night
We will do our normal assembly, allow our pastor to share the final lesson, and then allow each class time for a presentation for parents to enjoy.  Following the presentations, we will have our meal and enjoy a time of fellowship.  This night will be more relaxed so we can all enjoy.

Directions for Form Completion:
Please choose the area in which you are willing and able to serve.  Be sure to include your name, phone number, and email before submitting.  We have a comment box and the bottom of the form for you to include notes, comments, suggestions, etc.

For each pick up and drop off made, we need a driver and helper/assistant.  Per NC DOT guidelines, the assistant needs to sit in the back with the students for monitoring purposes.  If adults are picked up, they are to sit in the front of the vehicle away from students.

Our teachers will be helping with Registration on the Opening Night (Sunday).  However, we will need 1 or 2 individuals to help each night for about an hour to register any new students we may have.

The Kitchen will not be serving a meal prior to VBS starting.  instead, kitchen workers will now be serving at various times through the VBS Night.

Please Note:  We will be advertising Kindergarten and up.  Nursery up to pre-K will only be for children who's parents will be helping in VBS or will be staying in the adult class.
