Thank you for taking the first step to being more plastic-conscious! Please fill out this form to participate in the Campus Sustainability Month Plastic Reduction Challenge. For the challenge, track your plastic use and waste each day starting October 3 and ending October 30 to understand your daily habits. This challenge will help you learn and help more about daily plastic use and and provide resources to help during the month and beyond!

For each week you participate in the challenge, your name will be entered into a raffle for prizes, all while making a positive impact in your community and the Earth!
