This application will take 15-20 minutes to complete and there is no option to save your progress and come back at a later time. Please begin this application at a time you can answer all questions fully and to the best of your ability, as incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Completing this application does not guarantee approval to adopt. Please be aware that this application is the first step in our adoption process which helps us in determine your current level of knowledge surrounding rabbit care and whether the rabbit you're interested in (if specified) may be a good fit for your family.

Education is a core part of our adoption process and a crucial step in reducing overall neglect and abuse of rabbits. Section 1: Rabbit Basics
Please read these questions carefully in order to determine if adopting a rabbit is right for you and your family.
I understand that with proper care, rabbits can live 8-12 years or more. I am prepared to keep my rabbit for his or her entire life. *

I understand that rabbits are prey animals and usually do not enjoy being picked up, held, or cuddled. *

I understand that rabbits can and may be destructive, especially when bored, including chewing on furniture, walls, baseboards, carpets, and wires. I am prepared to rabbit-proof my home and keep him/her entertained with toys and enrichment activities for his/her happiness and safety. *

Section 5: Submitting Your Application

I agree that Bunny Brigade Inc. may contact my veterinarian and/or personal references, and conduct a home visit if necessary. *
I understand that if I am selected to adopt this rabbit, the adoption fee will be $60 for a single rabbit or $65 for a bonded pair. Furthermore, I understand that while Bunny Brigade Inc. may work with transports to coordinate long-distance adoptions, I am ultimately responsible for making arrangements to pick up my adopted rabbit from their foster home in the Wilkes-Barre, Harrisburg, or Philadelphia, PA areas. *
I understand that if I am selected to adopt this rabbit, I will be required to sign an adoption contract. This contract will specify acceptable standard of care for my rabbit and will require me to return my rabbit to Bunny Brigade Inc. if I am no longer able to care for him/her. *
I understand that when I click "submit," Bunny Brigade Inc. will be automatically notified of my application and that I do not need to send a separate message indicating my completion of this application. I understand I may wait 48-36 hours for a response and that it is recommended I check my spam folder for a response to my application.  *
