Administrative Support: assist with answering phones at the reception desk, data entry, file organization, and other office needs

Client Celebrations: organize birthday and graduation parties, baby showers and holiday celebrations

Community Closet: organize new and gently used donations of clothing, baby items, and household goods for distribution to our clients and other mothers in need

Direct Client Services: serve as a mentor, tutor, doula, and/or night-time baby rocker

Facilities Maintenance: complete light maintenance such as changing lightbulbs or air filters, decorating and painting, assembling furniture, and/or landscaping

Guest Speaker: share your life experiences through motivational or Career Day presentations

Host Home: provide short-term, safe housing to a pregnant or parenting teen experiencing homelessness

Interactive Life Skills: provide interactive activities to teach clients about personal finance, entrepreneurship, career development, sewing/quilting, art, creative writing, fitness, cosmetology, nutrition and culinary arts, self care, book club, using community resources, civic engagement, etc.

IT Specialist: maintain office computers (Microsoft) and Google Workspace

Marketing & Communications: assist with the creation of print and digital marketing strategies such as developing print brochures, updating website and social media content, etc.

Meals: provide a meal and fun activity for our clients

Photographer: provide prenatal and postpartum, graduation, other special celebration photo shoots for clients, and staff headshots

Special Events: assist with planning and executing special events such as securing auction items, planning event themes and logistics, recruiting volunteers, etc.
