Parents and students, welcome to the 12th grade registration page for the 2023-2024 school year! 
-Review the informational documents attached to each question then select your answer on this Google Form. 
-Your selection and submission will constitute your signature.  Upon completion of this form you may print a copy or click on the last button "Send me a copy of my responses" to have your results emailed to you for your records.  
-Remember to browse at the Edison webstore for one stop shopping for your SuperCharger Card, ASB, Yearbook, Chromebook Insurance and other exciting items.  
-We look forward to seeing you at your in-person registration on Monday, August 14th.
