  • must be a member of OBEA (except for Administrator award)
  • professional membership and involvement
  • teaching experience and related work experience
  • community involvement
  • teaching ability and effectiveness with students and contributions to OBEA
The award will be presented at the 2024 OBEA Annual Business Meeting to be held at the WBEA Conference February 2024.
