This form is to capture our clients request to make temporary pricing adjustments to their portfolio due to the COVID-19 virus.

Important Notes:
- SLA: 2-5 business days (depending on portfolio size) to complete the request
- Please provide a 5 day written notice when we should end this temporary pricing adjustment
- All requests will be reviewed before being officially approved
- RentPayment will honor this temporary pricing structure through May 10th, 2020. After May 10th, RentPayment reserves the right to revert back to your original pricing structure, with written notice to you.
- It is not possible for us to waive any card fees due to incurred costs from the issuing banks and card networks. These charges are beyond our control.
