Choreographers need to know that song submissions will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
We will not allow any repeated songs of any kind.
HALL STAGE is used for PRACTICE PURPOSE ONLY. It is not to be used to teach performances on.
We will accept all group dances first, SOLO"s will be limited (might be pushed back to the end of the show).
Each dance will be completed with a time frame of 3 minutes max.
Hall will be accessible for groups on weekends only (Saturday/Sunday) for practice.
The hall will not be available on weekdays, holidays or snow days.
We will have an online signup sheet available for all hall practices and rehearsal.
Each choreographer will be allowed only one signup slot per performance and 2 signup slots per choreographer.
Will will have a sign-up sheet emailed to all choreographers.
Any props of any kind must be staged by the responsible party for the dancers. Please be sure to remove any props prior to the next performance.
If the performers are not ready when called upon. you will be automatically be moved towards the end of the show. Performances will not be arranged by age.
You will be required to perform at rehearsal, by not showing up you might lose your spot on the day of the performance (you will be put to the end of the show).
ALL PERFORMANCES WILL BE VIDEOTAPED AND UPLOADED ON YOUTUBE FOR VIEWING.
Forms will be submitted via this form online only.
