1. I am aware Nemesis cheer and dance classes, is an exercise class and may involve strenuous exercise.2. I am aware that it is my right to decide what elements of online classes my child participates in and they can withdraw at any point. 3. I understand it is my responsibility to ascertain if there is any medical reason why my child cannot participate in class.4. I understand it is my responsibility to check the participant’s exercise area and ensure any risks are minimised (e.g. slip and trip hazards). 5. I understand that my child must be supervised by an appropriate adult during their zoom class, this does not mean I need to be in the frame, but need to ensure they are supervised. 6. The rules of the gym still apply to these classes meaning appropriate language and behaviour is necessary, from both children and parents. 7. I accept full responsibility for any injuries my child may occur during participation in Nemesis online Cheer class and waive the right to any claim against Nemesis Cheer and Dance and the person(s) of entity involved in anyway. 8. I understand that In the unlikely event it is needed, first aid cannot be provided by Nemesis staff during online classes and accept my responsibility to contact emergency services if required. 9. I understand it is my responsibility to ensure safety of my child, the participant and accept full responsibility for any injuries, muscle stiffness or any other issues that may occur. I have read this informed consent waiver and release liability. Accepting all terms and conditions outlined above.
