Speaker Mentorship
Thank you for your interest. We are seeking previous conference speakers to mentor our incoming speakers. Our new speakers seek guidance on developing an exciting conference talk and what they can do to prepare. Mentors are only assigned upon speakers' request. This is NOT a full-time commitment, and you are not required to attend the conference to participate.

Dates of mentorship (90 minute zoom activity):
  • Monday, June 24 - 9:00AM EST
  • Tuesday, June 25 - 12:00PM EST
  • Wednesday, June 26 - 4:00PM EST
Speaker Mentorship Requirements:
  • Spoke at least one Ruby/Rail conference or at a similar-themed technical conferences;
  • Familiarity with the Ruby and Rails community;
  • Excited to inspire others and to offer advice!
