Field Day Music Fest - 2024 Volunteer Sign-up
Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Field Day '24 in Northampton, MA at Three County Fairgrounds on 5/31-6/2. Please fill out this short form completely to be considered for a volunteer position.

Festival Info:
Friday 5/31: Music 4-10pm. Field Day opens at the Fairgrounds with an unbelievable lineup. After 10pm, look for late night shows at Iron Horse, ticket holders will have first shot to grab add-on tickets for these off-site bonus shows!

Saturday 6/1: All day music (12-10pm) at the fairgrounds with a late night show at Iron Horse. Again, fest ticket holders will have first shot at these extras. 

Sunday 6/2: The Fest moves fully into Downtown Northampton. DJs spinning vinyl at bars and restaurants, outdoor shows in several locations. Art >> Music >> Food >> Buds!

IMPORTANT:
Once you've filled out this form, you can expect a member of the FD team to reach out once we are ready to begin scheduling people, and assigning tasks. That will begin in May.

Every volunteer MUST purchase a festival pass to enroll as a volunteer. Once you have completed your shift(s), you will be reimbursed that amount post-festival.

I also declare that I have never been convicted of a Felony . In addition, I am aware of the risks connected with volunteering and attending The Dead of Summer Music Festival on July 12-15 2024. I agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against Whirlygig LLC, their officers, agents, or employees. This waiver releases the company from all liability relating to injuries that may occur on location before, during, or after activity. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold the company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of the reasons or circumstances. I acknowledge the risk involved with this activity I certify that my participation is voluntary, and I have been made aware of the risks. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that may increase my likelihood of injury. I will make every effort to obey the company personnel, all safety rules, and will ask for clarification if needed."
