Menopause Peer Support Discussion @ The Stove
Are you one of the 13 million women in the UK who are going through peri/menopause?
Approximately 70% of those women will experience symptoms related to changing hormones.
Would you appreciate the space to chat with others in the same situation? To learn from menopause support
specialists from different fields?
Lesley, a health coach, experiencing perimenopause herself, is keen to bring women together to empower ourselves with knowledge

talk about lifestyle changes to support a happy and healthy menopause transition.
There will be the chance to ask questions, discuss and share experiences with each other. If there is enough interest from the group a regular monthly meeting could be created.
To inform the discussion it would be appreciated if you can answer the questions below. The responses will be anonymous and will feed into the discussions at the session.
