The Brownwood 2020 Cinco de Mayo Celebration will be on Friday, May 1st, from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. in the streets of downtown Brownwood. The outdoor fiesta will include food and craft vendors, activities for children, an area for dancing, live performances in the street, and many other activities and contests. Mariachi Los Toros and México 2000 Ballet Folklórico will be giving free performances in the Lyric Theatre. We are expecting over 5,000 attendees this year.

You will pay a flat vendor fee for the space, and you will keep all of your proceeds. Please indicate how much space you will need. *

NOTE: The Arts Council will review all applications. Vendor Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Electricity will be available, but you will need to provide your own heavy-duty extension cords and power strips. You are also responsible for providing a booth, tables, chairs, and anything else you might need. The Arts Council will provide general liability for accidents occurring in the street; however, you will be responsible for providing liability insurance to cover your merchandise. All vendors must have a tax ID number. A temporary number can be obtained by contacting the Texas Comptroller’s Office. It is your responsibility to know your organization’s sales tax obligations.
