• ORDER BY Sept 1st to receive your copy by Oct 9th

Invoices will be sent on Sept 2nd and must be paid IN FULL by Sept 22nd, or your book(s), etc will not be available for November

• Prices are listed in USD & include tax
• Order forms must be submitted by the designated ORDER BY date
• PayPal invoices will be sent out and MUST be paid by designated dates. Unpaid orders will be cancelled.
• Your paid pre-order will guarantee copies and some preorder incentives
