Effective Altruism Waterloo needs to collect attendance for in-person meetings for contact tracing to comply with the University of Waterloo's COVID policies. Your response will be shared with the University of Waterloo (directly with WUSA).
If you feel that you have come in contact with someone that has COVID-19 or you have symptoms themselves, please stay home, isolate, check and follow local guidelines (

The symptoms of COVID-19 are a new cough, fever, chills, sore throat, runny nose, stuffy or congested nose (not related to seasonal allergies or other known causes or conditions), loss of sense of taste or smell, muscle aches that are unusual or long lasting, extreme tiredness that is unusual or shortness of breath.
