Solo Request Form - 2024 Summer Recital

solos: $325 members, $350 non-members— four 75 minute rehearsals

There are payment plans available, there must be a $50 non-refundable deposit to activate your payment plan and save your spot. The full amount must be paid by your last rehearsal. If you are interested in a payment plan, email brooklyn@divadancecompany with with subject line "recital payment plan" once this form is submitted. If there is no email within 24 hours of the form being submitted you will be charged in full for your solo.

Please Note: Instructors have specific days they are available to rehearse and if their avail doesn't match yours, you may not receive your first choice. Please also note instructors have a limit to how many acts they can take on so once booked, they may not be available as your first choice. Lastly we also need to work around each instructor's class schedule. Thanks for understanding!

Daren: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday after 4p + Monday & Saturday after 4p starting in June

Bree: Monday Wednesday and Friday after 7p, Sundays + Saturday after 12:30p

Vee: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday after 6p, Friday after 3p

Lawrence: N/A weekends

Brooklyn: Thursday, Friday after 6p, Sunday after 3p

Mollie: Tuesday-Saturday after 6:30p

Bri: Tuesday-Friday

I understand limitations exist for instructor availability and scheduling, and agree to work with whoever is the best fit based on my scheduling requirements

I understand once rehearsal times are set, they cannot be changed unless agreed upon with my instructor and I (which will be arranged through Danielle directly)

I understand and agree I am responsible for attending all my rehearsals to ensure I feel confident performing; should I cancel or miss multiple rehearsals without the ability to reschedule, I may not be able to perform and understand no refunds will be given in this circumstance

I agree not to solicit additional help/practice/rehearsal time with my instructor outside the scheduled times, including before and after regular classes, via personal contact, or on social media

I agree to uphold the values of DivaDance with myself and with our community to inspire confidence and build community throughout this process
