SPS Credit Recovery Summer Academy                (Grades 9-12)
Enrollment closes Thursday, May 23rd.

Please complete to register students in grades 9-12 for Credit Recovery Summer Academy. The Credit Recovery Summer Academy offers students 9-12 the opportunity to make up credits that they need in order to meet Oklahoma and SPS graduation requirements. 

PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THIS FORM, PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR COUNSELOR TO SELECT THE CORRECT CREDIT RECOVERY COURSE(S).

A students is only allowed to enroll in one course per session for the opportunity to recover 1/2 credit per course.

As each session consists of only 12 days of instruction, participating students must commit to regular attendance and a dedicated work ethic during the summer session. Any student that misses more than 3 days of the program in a session will be dismissed and the enrollment will be terminated.

Morning session - June 3rd-21st 9:00-12:00pm (*M,T,W,Th) 
(*No classes June 19th in observation of Juneteenth, a federal holiday, final class session Friday June 21.)

Afternoon session - June 3rd-21st 12:30-3:30pm (*M,T,W,Th)
(*No classes June 19th,in observation of Juneteenth, a federal holiday,  final class session Friday June 21.)
