The series will include four virtual workshops that will examine agile methodology and practices, creative and innovative ways of thinking, and innovative technologies. Participants will gain knowledge about agile versus waterfall processes, agile leadership skills, techniques on developing entrepreneurial and innovative mindsets, and the cycle of learning, collaborating, and delivering value to customers. Be prepared to complete assignments and participate in group exercises.

All sessions will run on Mondays, from 10:00am - 12:00pm, except for the final session in series 4.

Payment MUST be made to BCC on or before the start date of the series.

Special note: Material from the sessions will be used by BCC for promotional purposes.
