2019-20 Marching Band Uniform Order Form
Please fill out this order form completely, even if you do not need to order anything for your uniform this season.  Payment for items ordered will not be due until September 15th, 2019.  Please submit this form by Monday, May 27th so that items can arrive in time for the Philo Parade in July!

T-Shirt Size--Adult sizes--$15.  The "show" t-shirt is required for members, and will be worn under their uniform.  Additional show shirts for family members can be ordered later. *
Blue Band Polo--Adult Sizes--$20.  All members are required to have a new style lightweight polo. *
Shoes:
WOMEN'S Marching Shoes--$30.  Please choose one of the sizes from the dropdown menu. *
MEN'S SHOES--$30.  Please choose one of the sizes from the dropdown menu. *
Socks:
Black Socks--One Size Fits All--$3-$4.  Members are required to have one pair of short socks AND one pair of long socks. *

WOMEN'S Black Shorts--$21-$25.  Please choose one of the sizes from the dropdown menu.  THESE TEND TO RUN SMALL! *
Men's Shorts:
Men's Black Shorts--$21-$26.  Please choose one of the sizes from the dropdown menu. *
All members are charged a $15 uniform fee.  This covers the cost of dry cleaning the uniforms.  If you are in the color guard, this helps pay for the new uniform you use each season. *
All members except percussion and color guard will be given two new pairs of longer length gloves this year, which cost $5 total. *
