This questionnaire, developed within the international project "HERIT-US" aims to understand how each institution / cultural mediator works FOR and WITH people with sensory and cognitive issues.

This questionnaire does not aim to achieve the level of a scientific study but to share different experiences and the most efficient methodologies that can help us to program future initiatives to develop with this type of public in the field of Cultural Heritage, aiming to make it more accessible to all citizens.
