You need to fill out this form fully and honestly, I will be verifying the contact information you provide (I am sending you free merch, I need to make sure you are reliable). You will have control of what merch you model and how you present it. The goal is self love and positivity, so have fun with it. Not everyone who applies will be accepted but I do hope to achieve a diverse group of models. There are questions at the end of the survey asking about your race and other factors but they are optional and will not effect your chances of being chosen, they are strictly to gauge the overall outcome of my group and ensure we show every type of beautiful person possible!
