A Criminal Record Check and Ringette Alberta screening disclosure form must be submitted to the Coaching Director (coaching@sprucegroveringette.com) by October 31, 2024 for all team staff. The CRC may be dated from the previous calendar year (2023) as they are valid two years from time of completion.
