SFSU the HUB - Startup Mailbox Request Form

This form is for SFSU-affiliated startups to request a mailbox in The HUB (Humanities 125). If your request is approved, your startup will be able to receive and pick up mail using a campus address that looks like:

Please note that the HUB may not be open during the summer session, and there is limited access during University holidays and breaks. The mailboxes are meant for flat mail, and small packages. Large packages and deliveries must be communicated and arranged for ahead of time.
