Summer Recreation Data Gathering
The data gathered from this survey will be used by Moravia Summer Recreation, Inc. to determine operating costs and other administrative decisions for the 2020 summer program.  It is important to note that NO DECISION REGARDING THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN MADE BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT and there is a chance that due to circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic that the program may not be able to be run as planned.
