1) Communication: We will be texting via Skype Chat. We will be in a group chat with my Project Manager. We will keep each other posted with questions/suggestions/thoughts/updates.
My Location: I’m based much of the year in Bali (12 hrs ahead of EST, Singapore Timezone) so this means I may not be able to reply to messages right away, and I'm not available by phone, but we can schedule Skype call updates on a monthly basis.
2) Onboarding: I will onboard the project with a kickoff face-to-face Skype call with our Project Manager, where we iron out the details of the project. Then our Project Manager and I will be in the Skype group chat to help get all necessary accounts set up and connected, and get the ball rolling.
3) Reporting:
a) Weekly text updates: a paragraph summarizing what happened this week, key metrics, things to be addressed, suggestions etc.
b) Monthly full PDF reports

4) My Team: I work with a team of Expert Project Managers who will be in communication with you during the project.
5) My Goals: My business goal is to build a popular Amazon Marketing Agency. My strategy is to build a handful of awesome win-win relationships with brand owners who are a great fit.
6) What to Expect: The Amazon Selling Journey – Selling on Amazon takes patience, so be prepared. Things are known to take longer than expected when dealing with Amazon, especially when troubleshooting issues. Like any big company, they can be slow to fix issues.
